Welcome to the Autism Advocacy Collective
Hey there - I'm so glad you're here :)
My name is Chloe, and I’m a pediatric speech-language pathologist who’s passionate about creating a more accepting, educated, and neurodiversity-affirming world for autistic individuals.
I started The Autism Advocacy Collective (AAC) because I’ve been noticing a pattern in my work - a need for a space where both parents and professionals can find clear, respectful, evidence-based answers to any and all questions about autism.
In this space, you’ll find:
Thoughtful and intentional posts that explain key topics like therapy techniques (that I’ve learned in theory and practice), communication styles, and what it truly means to accept autism and autistic individuals
Practical tips for supporting autistic children at home, in school, and in therapy
A community with the core principles of respect, curiosity, and empowerment - not fearing or “fixing”
Whether you’re a parent looking for guidance or a professional eager to grow your toolbox with neurodiversity-affirming practices, you’re in the right place.
What to Expect:
I’ll be posting twice a week to start, answering frequently asked questions, myth-busting, and providing helpful strategies that you can start using right away. I’ll also provide the occasional resource or free printable that will be sent straight to your inbox.
If you ever have a question or topic that you’d like me to cover, I’d love to hear from you!
Thanks for being here. I’m truly honored to be part of your journey.
~Chloe
